APAC Category Manager, Technical & Industrial Services

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

A. Develop and share vision for assigned categories - Promotes new procurement practices, taking into account respective size/comlexity of each sub-category and develop an overall vision on how to adress each category - Define a short, mid and long term strategy / approach toward the category together with the stakeholders. - Set category/ categories goals, objectives, define KPIs and manage high performance - Well develop Category zone - View of Risk management / Being able to understand the Macro-Economy enviroment predication which may influence the category strategy - Focus on certain category, develop and maintain approaches from new equipment purchase, spare parts order to service and maintenance. " B. Deploy and develop category management - Conduct internal collaboration, knowledge sharing, compliance with best practices and established category management processes. - Understand the business needs profoundly and allign with internal stakeholders to develop category strategy along with mastering the knowledge of market dynamics, incl competitors and suppliers ecosystems - Support and implement knowledge management and systems/ process transformation for the assaigned categories. - Build strategic relationship with the key suppliers to establish a sustainable supply network, in addition to work with internal engineering company with TCO approach. - Promote compliance with Air Liquide code of conduct. C. Interactions with Business Leaders (APAC & E&C) & other HUBs/Base - Collabrate with Group and other HUBs in category management to leverage the buying power as well as to address the supply risk. - Build strong partnership with business leaders to promote strategic category management approach D. Supplier Relationship Management - Have deep knowledge of the product / service within the category inlcluding AL specifial requirement, industrail standard etc. - - Have good understanding of suppliers base and supply market, especially the knowledge and the cost structure of product. - Maintain strategic relationship with suppliers - Promote innovative solution together with key suppliers - Conduct performance evaluation of suppliers based on AL\'s requirements. E. Contribution to Innovation - Make sure that all direct categories are properly addressed with the appropriate level (quantity and competencies) of resources - Support negotiations of strategic contracts - Support management of strategic supplier and internal relationships (SRM & IRM) - Set and monitor procurement performance against strategic goals - Act as escalation point for the category/ categories and resolve issues appropriately - Reduce cost and improve safety by continuiously developing category strategy - Set category/ categories goals, objectives, define KPIs and manage high performance - Well develop the Category zone - Routinely assess stakeholder satisfaction and developing improvement opportunities"
