Purpose Statement

Reporting to Senior Manager, Change Management APAC, this position will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, positions or organisation structures.

The primary responsibility will be supporting project managers using BSC change management framework and tools to create and implement strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and minimise resistance. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation and the achievement of results and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Apply structured BSC change management framework on projects to surface where stakeholders are during the change journey and work with teams to close the gaps, with the end goal of enhanced speed of adoption, utilization, proficiency, and ROI.

-Assess change impact and identify key stakeholders
-Analyze and validate user persona (Walk-a-Mile exercises).
-Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics, anticipated and persistent resistance.
-Define the Business Change Network Engagement Plan (Sponsor, Change Champions, Change Ambassadors).
-Define overall stakeholder engagement and communications calendar. Design, develop and deliver key communication materials.
-Define training and performance support schedule and manage the design and delivery of training programs by project subject matter experts / process specialists.
-Evaluate and ensure user readiness, track and report issues, define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
-Design behavioral nudges and ceremonies, as appropriate, to further change adoption.
-Consult and coach project teams members
Requirements

-Change management certification or designation highly desired
-8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years of relevant experience in related field
-Experience with medium to large-scale organizational change efforts, change management principles, methodologies and tools
-A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
-Excellent active listening skills
-Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences, to establish and maintain strong relationships and influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
-Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and fluency in English
-Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
-Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
-Organized with a natural inclination for planning, execution and problem solving
-Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization
-A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
-Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
-Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
