Your Job:
KC APAC D&E is embarking on an exciting journey to strengthen the customer development team by having a regional Sales Capability Lead and is looking for a Sr. Manager having Strong business acumen such that the individual can coach and facilitate key markets on dialing up Future Readiness on Sales Capability. This position is expected to deliver world class Sales Capability and Customer Development Strategy & Implementation for KC APAC D&E Markets.
Post Covid-19, the way customer / retailers buy and engage with organizations and brands have undergone a massive transformation. The purchase behavior or frequency changes present to us a top and a bottom line opportunity if Sales Capability is dialed up so that our teams can have meaningful engagement with the stakeholders (Like Frontlines Sales Team, Key Account Managers, Sales Managers etc)
Sales Capability Manager is responsible for driving and sustaining strategic initiatives and develop sales force capability by leading the implementation of specified sales tools and executing programs to sustain them. He/She will work closely with the respective countries and partner in the development of the sales team across three key pillars namely, People, Systems and Process.
The role will also define Sales Training needs as well as develop yearly training plan for the Sales force. Partner with Country Sales Directors and Managing Directors to build Sales force capability
Partner MDs / SDs in conducting Market Capability assessment and accordingly Conceptualize Strategic Priorities on Sales Capability agenda.
Create an APAC region sales & trade marketing capability annual plan aligned to Regional and Global priorities.
Connect and leverage global subject matter experts to supplement and enhance the Regional capability plan and agenda.
Execute global sales training through building local training resources.
Implement and support Sales force / Field Sales coaching
Monitor performance metrics and drive measurable improvement program
Drive field sales audit to ensure execution of competency training.
Help Partner HR BPs and MDs in Sales Pipeline creation.

You have at least 13-15 Years of experience in Sales and Sales Capability with Top Tier Consumer Goods (CPG)
You possess both sales and channel / trade marketing experience handling large customers & categories would be preferred .
You have experience across a multiple of channels (Online, MT and General Trade) preferred.
Ideally have worked as Regional Sales Manager or Sales Manager of a Market with people management experience to appreciate the ?On Ground Ways of Working?
Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, influencing, analysis and communication
Ability to thrive & be agile in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
Strong Powerpoint and Excel Skills are needed.
Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
