That means delivering the best to our clients, doing our part to create a prosperous and trusted digital world, and helping our people to realize their potential.\xe2\x80\x8bDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the roleYou will be responsible to review contracts and support local teams on negotiations with vendors, reseller-customers, and service providers, for compliance with internal legal policies and controls, and assist with corporate secretarial matters of the APAC entities.This role will report to APAC Legal & Tax Manager.\xe2\x80\x8bAs the APAC Contract Manager, you will:

• Review commercial contracts based on templates or partners\' terms and conditions.
• Enforce compliance with internal legal policies and controls.
• Support local teams on commercial contract negotiations.
• Collating signed contracts and housekeeping and maintaining contracts database.
• Assist with corporate secretarial matters and updating and maintenance of corporate particulars of the APAC entities.
• Assist with special projects under Legal - current/ongoing projects:

• Updating template contracts localised for APAC.
• Mapping territories under various vendor distribution agreements.
• Implementation of contract formation process via NetSuite ERP.

\xe2\x80\x8bQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About youThe ideal APAC Contract Manager:

• Degree in law from a reputable university.
• At least four years\' post-qualification experience. Background in corporate/commercial practice is a strong plus point; experience in handling matters across the ASEAN region is another.
• Commercial acumen with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• \xe2\x80\x8b\xe2\x80\x8bIndependent and detail oriented.
• High sense of responsibility and accountability.
