As Regional Intercompany Pricing Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert for the Intercompany Pricing Process across Asia Pacific for both outbound (sales) and inbound (purchase) cross-stream flows. You will ensure accurate update of intercompany pricing while observing global tax requirements. You will be engaged in main process improvement projects to improve intercompany pricing practices, and standardize processes across different ERPs. You will be reporting to Controller, Supply Chain Asia Pacific. Main Responsibilities

• Participate in process improvement projects to perform root cause analysis, reduce volume of unbilled transactions and shorten the timeline between unbilled alerts and intercompany price maintenance.
• Support data cleansing and enrichment activities of item attributes linked to pricing procedures together with Data Management Organization, in preparation for ERP Migration for China and Rest of Asia.
• Ensure accurate purchase info record and source list maintenance (sourced from intercompany affiliates) through collaboration with Data Management Organization and Procurement Data Team.
• Support Customer Service with troubleshooting and process improvement recommendations for intercompany orders, both same and cross-ERP.
• Perform update of intercompany sales price lists and purchase info records following recosting standard procedures. Maintain transfer premium rates following global tax tables.
• Perform ad-hoc to update transfer pricing related requests and analysis report to support global TP rates and with focus on process improvement and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
• 2 or more years of experience as finance processor in shared service background. Knowledge in tax compliance, transfer pricing, supply chain is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required as you will provide support to our colleagues and partners in Asia Pacific including Greater China
• Experience working with large volumes of data using advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
• Experience in Oracle 11i and SAP S4/HANA is recommended.
