APAC Operations Support & Compliance Manager
Job description
This established FMCG company is looking to hire an experienced APAC Operations Support & Compliance Manager for an individual contributor position. Looking for someone who is well versed in end-to-end warehousing, compliance, inventory control and driving tech projects and sustainability. Knowledge of Oracle would be best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing Inventory accuracy and operation compliance KPIs. Driving CAPA developments in APAC markets
- Conducting risk assessments for the warehouse operations
- Creating and revising APAC SCOP regional policies or SOP\'s as per corporate needs
- Supporting other countries for the new 3PL assessments for warehousing, transport and RFI/RFQ processes
- Driving operation and technology projects for corporate and regional
- Leading sustainability initiatives in operations
- Holding a Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain, Business Admin or relevant
- Have at least a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations and holding a management role
- Strong knowledge in 3PL management, warehouse operations and inventory control
- Preferably from an E-Commerce, FMCG or Logistics background
- Has solid knowledge in warehouse control systems, SAP and/or Oracle
