Job Description


Implement your sound knowledge and expertise in the overall monthly payroll procedure from pre to post payroll management. You will be given an opportunity to have a regional exposure by managing volumes from various APAC regions, allowing you to expand your payroll portfolio on a wider scale.

  • Providing a sound payroll advice to internal clients and managing payroll queries from superannuation, allowances, and incorrect pay amounts
  • Validifying and processing payment for all employee salaries for graded and award staff. Ensuring bank files creation and submission are completed on a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensuring payroll figure are reflected to the relevant general ledger and related ATO. Third party deductions and payroll balance sheet reconciliation are to completed on a timely manner
  • Publishing payslips on a timely manner
  • Managing year end payment summary reconciliation
  • Supporting auditing requirements

Bachelor\'s degree in accounting or any related discipline

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in end to end payroll processing

Possessing a pass regional exposure would be an added advantage
  • Comfortable to work with cross functional teams
  • Comfortable in managing high payroll volume
