APAC Selfcare Franchise Operations Network Strategy Manager

This position reports into APAC Supply Chain Network Strategy Lead and is based in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur - Petaling Jaya)

What You Will Do

The position is responsible for:

• Strategizing and executing End-to-End supply network addition, consolidation, capacity expansion, and resiliency aspects.
• Leading a cross-functional matrix team, a Network Strategy Manager for APAC Selfcare Operations executes business cases for various network change scenarios from risk / issue identification, solution generation, scenarios assessment, support financial analysis, proposal alignment leading to project approval, kick off and oversight of project execution.
• Scope covers new products under development to lifecycle management of marketed products across Asia Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply network change related projects from initiation, diagnostic, assessment, preparation, approval, kick off to progress oversight with flawless execution together as a cross-functional matrix and international project team virtually.
• Take ownership for actions and follow through to completion with close partnership with all relevant functions.
• Prepare and conduct senior stakeholder engagements to communicate, align product direction, seek input and escalate adequately with the outcome of gaining project approval and unblocking obstacles for timely execution.
• Anticipates and implements solutions on any potential derailments or delays to allow successful projects execution.
• Support the E2E Network Strategy Lead on additional scopes for the organization and Enterprise as required.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent
• A minimum of 10 years\' experience working in the scope of supply chain management or project management in Pharmaceutical or FMCG or related industries, in the following area - Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Quality
• Highly independent self-starter to work and deliver impact remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proven successes in remotely initiate and manage complex projects to timely drive focus and intended business outcome.
• Proven successes in processing complicated data and information to simply and streamline output.
• Proven successes with skills in analytical thinking, data management, attention to details, critical thinking, verbal and written presentation / communication skills, cross-cultural teamwork
• Strong knowledge of cGMPs and understanding of supply chain, production and distribution site dynamic
