Position Summary:

As part of APAC regional FP&A team, the (Sr.) Financial Analyst will focus on financial reporting and data analysis to better support business data-driven decisions, enabling digitalization to drive process efficiency and user experience, coordinating forecast/budget planning or other regional activities.

Primary Objective:

• Be responsible to prepare the management reporting package, leveraging a broad range of cross-functional skills and perspectives.
• Partner with commercial teams and supporting functions, provide scalable visualization solutions resulting in strong user adoption that help transform user experience away from time-intensive manual efforts and towards automated self-service reporting.
• Coordinate planning procedures and improve forecast accuracy, support OPEX management, and monitor regional financial performance.
• Empower the digital transformation in the finance and operation area, advocate best practices, and drive data-driven and analytics cultural change.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements: To be successful in the role you will

• Minimum 2 years of finance or analysis experience, big 4 consulting/auditing experience is plus.
• Previous experience in digitalized (BI) reporting, data analysis, data modeling, and leveraging technology to deliver automated reporting and analytics is required.
• Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, communicating well with the stakeholders across functions/markets, is required.
• Desire to evolve, adapt, learn, engage, and develop self and others, for today and for tomorrow.
• Degree qualified (Commerce/Accounting) CA/CPA qualified, is a plus.
