Job Title:

Application Authorization Support Engineer

Job Overview:

A highly motivated Application Authorization Support and Management Engineer to design, develop, support and manage application account and authorization.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, maintain and manage business and IT application account and authorization, including ERP, CRM, etc. Support user inquiry, system issue and user requirement during daily operation. Participate in issue troubleshooting and emergency response to ensure system stability and uptime. Support global project design and implementation. Support continuous improvement of IT operation quality and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency and experience with application account and authorization management. Understanding of system security and audit requirements. Ability to respond to critical system issues and provide occasional off-hours support. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and collaboration across technical teams. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to system optimization and issue resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in project implementation or system maintenance of SAP ERP/CRM or Microsoft Dynamics 365. Familiarity with security or compliance management frameworks (ISO27001, ITITL, COBIT, etc.).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
