Description and Requirements



Job Responsibilities?

Provide comprehensive operational and maintenance support for application systems, including core business applications, IT monitoring systems, integration systems, etc.

Manage user accounts and permissions across application systems, ensuring all activities in line with internal policies and requirements.

Monitor system performance and operational status, promptly identify and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth system operation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems related to system integration, user access, and application functionality.

Maintain documentation of system configurations, user permissions, and troubleshooting procedures for reference and knowledge sharing.


Job Requirements?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3 years of proven experience in application systems support, system monitoring, or IT operations.

Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices (e.g., ITIL).

Strong understanding of IT management principles, standards and processes.

Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Skill Requirements?

Knowledge of system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus) and techniques to track application performance and health.

Knowledge of integration systems (e.g., WSO2, Kafka) and experience in supporting system interfaces and data flows.

Knowledge and Hands-on experience with user account and permission management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Solid Python development skills, capable of writing scripts for system automation, data analysis, and integration tasks.

Good verbal and written communication skills

Familiarity with enterprise-level application systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) is a plus.
