Responsibilities

Provide application maintenance and support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules, including:

General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Fixed Assets (FA) Cash Management (CM) Support and maintain Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle BI Publisher. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues to ensure high availability and performance. Assist in developing and enhancing customizations using Oracle JDeveloper and EBS tools. Collaborate with functional teams, end-users, and vendors to address incidents and service requests. Maintain documentation of application configurations, workflows, and support processes.

Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Oracle EBS application support or similar role. Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Hands-on experience with Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, Oracle Workflow, and BI Publisher. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. Strong communication skills in English to interact with stakeholders and document support processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle Application DBA tasks, including:

Patching and upgrades Performance tuning Supporting Oracle WebLogic and Oracle Identity Access Management (IAM) Single Sign-On (SSO) integration with LDAP or Oracle Access Management (OAM) Familiarity with Oracle JDeveloper for customizations and extensions. Exposure to ITIL-based support processes or application maintenance frameworks.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM10,500.00 per month
