We're looking for a curious, adaptable, and driven IT Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of intelligent workplace solutions. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who's eager to grow, thrives on learning new technologies, and enjoys solving real-world problems with modern tools like Microsoft Graph API, Copilot Studio, and M365 Copilot.

What You'll Do:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and support solutions using Microsoft 365 and Copilot technologies. Assist in configuring and customizing Copilot Studio environments to meet business needs. Explore and apply AI capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency. Document processes, share insights, and communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current with emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements or new solutions.

What You Bring:

Foundational experience or strong academic exposure to: + Microsoft Graph API + Copilot Studio
+ Microsoft 365 Copilot
+ AI concepts and tools
Solid communication skills - you can explain complex ideas simply and effectively. A fast learner with a growth mindset and a knack for picking up new tools and technologies. Self-starter attitude with the initiative to take ownership and drive tasks forward. Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams.

Bonus Points For:

Developing and maintaining integrations using Microsoft Graph API to enhance productivity and automation. Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps). Familiarity with Azure services or other cloud platforms. Previous internship or project work in IT, software development, or AI.
