Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demo our robots at events and customer sites; create short training videos and clear tech notes. Work with Sales team to qualify opportunities, benchmark solutions, and close deals. Build winning proposals by designing technical proposal that wow customers, demonstration, application POC, support tender, deliver product training, handle testing and commissioning of robotics and industrial automation products. Handle customer enquiries, analyse customer's requirements, recommend the right solution for customer. Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations professionally, and keep customers happy; suggest ways to improve our support. Keep learning (AI, IoT, robotics, industrial automation, cloud integration) and share knowledge with the team.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Robotics/Mechatronics or equivalent. Experience in technical support (training, presentation, demo, commissioning, project management). Fresh grads are welcome. Working experience in the related semiconductor/electronics manufacturing exposure; embedded systems or industrial automation would be an added advantage. Knowledge in programming and system integration skills; cloud integration is a plus. Good communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex tech in simple words. Technical writing is an advantage. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. * Possess own transport, willing to travel locally and occasionally overseas.
