What You'll Do

Partner with the sales team to exceed targets by providing pre- and post-sales technical support (demo, application, training, testing, and commissioning). Engage actively throughout the sales cycle -- from deal qualification to benchmarking and closure. Be a go-to expert in customer applications and highlight technical advantages that win deals. Understand customer needs, recommend the best-fit solutions, and ensure successful implementation. Build long-term customer relationships by delivering excellent service and problem-solving support. Continuously improve our support services to raise customer satisfaction and loyalty. Take ownership of additional projects or responsibilities as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. 3 years' experience in Semiconductor, Electronics, or Manufacturing industry (RF/microwave testing is a big plus!). Strong knowledge in test & measurement instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF sources, RF power meters, noise figure analyzers, RF/uW network analyzers). Programming knowledge in SCPI, .NET, C#, C++, or Keysight/Agilent VEE is an advantage. Customer-focused mindset: team player, self-driven, and passionate about solving technical problems. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
