Job Description

This position is responsible to propose solutions, and providing pre and post-sales technical support to customers on the application inquiry.

Responsibilities:
1. To liaise with product principles or suppliers to obtain product specifications, MSDS, product certification, and other required documents for new trade products /materials (if any).
2. To handle customer queries on product compliance, certification, test report, standards, and requirements as well as to furnish the relevant information to the customer.
3. To inform technical and operation teams on the standard & regulatory requirements as required by the customer.
4. To liaise with Lab & Process Engineer to conduct lab tests and evaluations for fine-tuning formulation according to customer need patterns or customization.
5. Identify customer problems and create functional prototypes by performing internal laboratory tests to do evaluation and analysis.

Qualifications:
1. Preferably 2 to 3 years of sales and marketing experience in the chemicals, polymer, latex, or rubber industry.
2. Proficient in MS office (Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
3. Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written), Mandarin capability will be an added advantage.
4. Possess own vehicle and be willing to travel interstate.
5. Independent, self-motivated, pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people
6. Has own transport to travel locally.
