Possess Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent, 2 - 3 years working experience is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
Knowledge in AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Willing to learn with positive attitude, self-motivated and demonstrate sense of urgency.
Able to work independently and work under pressure to meet tender deadline.

Responsibilities

Providing support to sales team.
To prepare quotation / tender on behalf of sales team.
Handling customer inquiries as well as managing and interpreting customer requirements and providing required proposals to customer.
To liaise with vendors on pricing.
To coordinate with clients on goods delivery.
Others ad-hoc related duties as assigned.
