As part of a small and lean team, you will have a very direct impact on the success of the company. You need to have expertise in securing inhouse developed products by introducing the right processes, tools and building capabilities. You have successfully introduced the Shift Left approach in SDLC and developed secure development training programs. You will be accountable for enhancing and expanding our SSDLC capabilities. Role and Responsibilities Provide security design, security solutions and appropriate code-level solution library for the identified security risks Enhance existing application security tools and introduce new tools where applicable Develop security metrics & measurement capability to demonstrate application security and SDLC security activities Work closely with software engineers from the various development teams to build a secure architecture and coding Understand current as well as emerging security threats and reflect changes in the application security architecture to mitigate threats. Design penetration testing program and support the adhoc and annual penetration testing Design Red Teaming Exercise Design and implement Secure code development training for software engineers and product managers Contribute to the information security strategy and rollout of the strategy Requirements At least 5 years of relevant experience Provide security design, security solutions and appropriate code-level solution library for the identified security risks Enhance existing application security tools and introduce new tools where applicable Develop security metrics & measurement capability to demonstrate application security and SDLC security activities Work closely with software engineers from the various development teams to build a secure architecture and coding Understand current as well as emerging security threats and reflect changes in the application security architecture to mitigate threats.
