Client Support - Your First Step into FinTech Impact




As part of the Client Support

team, you will be the vital first touchpoint in delivering confidence and clarity to our clients. This role is more than just technical support -- it's a career launchpad into the world of financial technology, offering a front-row seat to the inner workings of mission-critical systems used by investment and treasury professionals across Asia.


What You'll Do:




Be the first line of contact, providing responsive, professional support to clients. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software application, report, database, and infrastructure issues. Provide internal and external training to empower users to harness the full power of our solutions. Collaborate closely with the development team to validate stability and performance of releases. Log and track client issues using our helpdesk system, ensuring timely resolutions. Suggest enhancements and contribute to the evolution of our software based on user needs. Leverage AI tools for triage, drafts, and root-cause suggestions while safeguarding client data. Maintain a small prompt library (triage, RCA, client update) and improve it monthly with outcome notes.

Who You Are:




Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in application support or software development. Fresh graduates with the right aptitude are also welcome to apply. Equipped with foundational knowledge in

Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)

,

SQL Server

,

Java

,

React

(a plus, not a must). Exposure to reporting tools such as

SQL Server Reporting Services

is an added advantage. A problem-solver with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Curious, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced FinTech environment. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential.
