Job Description

Key responsibilities include Incident Support and Management, Problem and Change management. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for fraud management applications and systems, including but not limited to fraud detection tools, case management systems, and reporting platforms. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the proper configuration, integration, and maintenance , and adhere to industry standard regulations. Assist in the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing fraud management operations. Develop and maintain system documentation, including standard operating procedures, configuration guides, and troubleshooting manuals. Stay updated on the latest advancements in fraud detection technology and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance fraud prevention capabilities. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate, select, and implement new fraud management applications or system enhancements as required. Maintain a strong understanding of fraud detection and prevention processes and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and adherence to industry standards.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
