Position Description:
Scope of work:
In principle, this role is to provide application support and maintenance services to our client. You will be part of a team that provides 24x7 service coverage which include work pertaining to, but not limited to, Incident Management, Change Management, Application Enhancement and upgrades.
You are expected to have proactive traits and proven understanding of implementation, development, configuration, support and troubleshooting for large complex enterprise systems.
Must be willing to work on shifts/weekends/public holidays within a secured premise.
