We are looking for a motivated

Application Support Executive / Intern

to join our

24x7 Application Support team

. This role is ideal for

fresh graduates

starting their IT career and

interns

seeking real-world exposure to live production systems in a hybrid, shift-based environment.

You will play a key role in monitoring applications, responding to incidents, and ensuring system availability around the clock.

Responsibilities:

Provide

Level 1 application support

in a 24x7 environment Monitor applications, systems, and alerts during assigned shifts Respond to incidents, issues, and service requests within SLA Perform basic troubleshooting and initial root cause analysis Escalate complex or critical issues to Level 2 / Level 3 teams Maintain accurate incident records and documentation Support system deployments, maintenance, and release activities Ensure proper handover between shifts
Requirements (Fresh Graduates):

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in: Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering Or related fields Basic understanding of: Windows / Linux operating systems Databases (SQL fundamentals) Web or enterprise applications Willing to work

rotational shifts (including night shifts)

Good communication and problem-solving skills
Requirements (Interns):

Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields Basic knowledge of systems or applications Willing to work

shift-based schedules

Strong learning attitude and responsibility
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):

Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk, etc.) Basic SQL querying skills Exposure to monitoring tools or system logs Basic understanding of ITIL or incident management concepts
