Position: Level 1 - Application Support Executive (Entry / Junior)
Salary Range:
RM 3,000 - RM 4,000
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact point for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and support ticketing system.
Perform initial troubleshooting for software-related and system issues.
Assist with system setup, onboarding, and basic user training.
Record, track, and manage support tickets to ensure timely updates and resolutions.
Escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 teams with clear documentation.
Maintain accurate customer information and generate simple support reports when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in IT or application support are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking concepts, and software troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary Range:
RM 3,000 - RM 4,000 (based on level and experience)

Mobile, travel, and meal allowances (as applicable)

Up to RM 500 annually (pro-rated upon confirmation)
