Application Support
Job Description
Support and maintain business applications to ensure stability and uptime.
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
Work with internal teams and vendors to handle support tickets and change requests.
Assist in testing activities (VIT, SIT, UAT) and document findings.
Prepare and update technical documentation and reports.
Contribute to process improvements and ensure adherence to IT standards.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM6,000.00 per month
