Job Description

Analysed and resolved production incidents related to Oracle database queries. Provided L2/L3 support for business-critical applications using Oracle and SQL. Debugged and optimized slow-performing PL/SQL procedures and SQL queries. Worked with development teams to troubleshoot Oracle errors (ORA- errors). Monitored daily jobs using control-m/autosys/crontab. Handled schema-level troubleshooting and data correction activities. Performed root cause analysis and created knowledge base documents. Worked on database connectivity issues and session locks
