Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance checks on the developed solution. Define reporting and alerting requirements. Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of system processes Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the project team. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Develop and manage detailed project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Diagnose and resolve application issues in a timely manner. Provide user training and create support documentation. Develop and implement best practices for application support. Provided actionable feedback to development teams to enhance app functionality. Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues. Support and participate in continuous improvement activities To perform any other tasks or assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or equivalent.

Demonstrates strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and precision

At least 1 years of proven professional experience in related fields
