Open Position: Application Support Specialist (Reputable Company)
A reputable Company in Malaysia is hiring for Application Support Specialist to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Having more than 3 years working experience and above working as Application Support Specialist/Software Developer
- Good experience in diagnosing, troubleshooting, solving code errors and fixing bug issues within the software applications with SLAs
- Good IT Software Applications and Infrastructure background to understand both functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with Project Manager, Software Developers and Business Stakeholders for process improvement and delivering high-quality standards & products
- Having exposure in programming languages such as .Net, Java, Phyton, PHP and SQL database exposure would be an added advantage
- Able to manage and troubleshoot software application issues and challenges with proactive communication to the stakeholders
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills to resolve issues as well as providing short-term and long-term solutions
- A team player and enjoy working in a multi-cultural environment
