Open Position: Application Training Specialist (IT Based Company)

An IT Based Company is currently hiring an Application Training Specialist to come and join them in the Selangor Company.

Key responsibilities include:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

\xc2\xb7 More than 3 years of working experience in the related field.

\xc2\xb7 Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for end-users, both in-person and virtually.

\xc2\xb7 Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training plans to address specific user needs.

\xc2\xb7 Evaluate and assess training effectiveness through participant feedback, skill assessments, and knowledge retention tests.

\xc2\xb7 Continuously update training materials and programs to reflect software updates, new features, and industry best practices.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on user experience, software usability, and potential enhancements.

\xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using training software and tools, such as learning management systems (LMS) and multimedia authoring tools.

\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions and timelines effectively.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent writing and speaking skills in English language.
