Title: Luxury Goods Valuer (Mandarin/Japanese Speaker)

Job Duties:

Learn and master appraiser's skill set to assess value of luxury goods across multiple brands, based on authenticity and condition

Answering to phone and messaging app enquiries of customers looking to sell their pre-loved goods

Build trust and develop long-term relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support to clients

Achieve monthly target for purchasing of goods

Requirements:

No experience required, training will be provided.

Outgoing and positive attitude, able to converse with and engage customers with ease

Able to speak and understand intermediate Japanese for internal communication with Japanese speaking colleagues.

Good communication skills and willing to learn

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
