We are currently working with an award-winning Architecture firm with a huge presence in Singapore to help bring in an Architect Designer into their office in Malaysia. Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting site visits and analysing site date to inform the design process.
• Developing preliminary design concepts and presenting them to clients.
• Collaborating with other design professionals, such as engineers and contractors, to create a comprehensive project plan.
• Developing detailed drawings and specifications to guide construction.
• Managing project budgets and timelines, and monitoring construction progress to ensure that the project stays on track.
• Conducting research on building codes and regulations to ensure that all designs meet legal requirements
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings and structures.
• Communicating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any concerns or issues that arise during the design process.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of experience In architecture design.
• Has to have a good sense of responsibility and ownership towards their own projects
• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture or a related field.
