Kelayakan
- Min. Diploma/Degree holder with experience in Construction and ID Joinery
- Well verse with Autocad, Microsoft project and office
- Able to communicate well with Architect, Designer, Developer, Sub Con n etc
- Execute & Coordinate works on track with project requirements, deadline and schedules.
- High adaptability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Good in spoken/written English and Mandarin
- Setting off and work schedule before project commence
- Keep track and reporting site work progress Daily/Weekly/Monthly
- Meeting with project teams to identify and resolve issues
- Monthly sub con work progress report for claim purpose
- Attend site walk, inspection, and handover
- Materials ordering and delivery timeline
- Skilled and Unskilled workers daily work routine
- EPF & SOCSO
- Annual Leave
- Medical Leave
