Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Supervisor/Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing renovation projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client\'s satisfaction. 1. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee renovation/construction projects from start to finish Develop project timelines and schedules Create and maintain project budgets Supervise and manage contractors and sub-contractors Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with local building codes and regulations Communicate with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are being met Manage and maintain project documentation Conduct site visits and inspections Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project 2. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in construction, project management, engineering, or a related field Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or renovation industry Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and renovation/construction drawings Ability to communicate well in English & Bahasa Melayu Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks Valid driver\'s license & possess own vehicle Willing to travel to multiple project sites Must be able to work for extended periods If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about delivering high-quality renovation projects, we encourage you to apply.
