Candidates must obtain a Master\'s Degree in Architecture ( Part II ), or Bachelor of Architecture (Part 1).
Candidate must score good academic result (1st class honours will be an advantage).
Able to manage staff and have good leadership skills
Skills required : Autocad, Photoshop and Sketchup.
Language skills : Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
2 to 8 year(s) of working experience in architect\'s firm.
Must be able to be self-motivated and able to manage a team of draughtsman.

Tanggungjawab

Creative in design, innovative and have good communication skills.
Conduct meetings with client, taking and interpret design brief, produce preliminary concept design, coordinate with engineers and prepare drawings for building plan submission.
Contract administration stage - monitoring construction works, resolve technical queries and co-ordination of architectural, structural and M&E services.
Follow up with authority for compliance and approval, supervise tender drawings, contract administration, site supervision and prepare instructions and certificates.
Experience in landed and high-rise projects (High-rise apartment is an advantage)
