Vacancies for Clerk of Works for Architectural Works Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality control of the contractor\xe2\x80\x99s performance with respect to specified materials, workmanship, and construction details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Administration of day-to-day matters arising between construction managers, consultants, and contractors on architecture elements of work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Regular reporting on finding all parties \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure that the architectural works are executed in accordance with the architectural construction drawing \xe2\x80\xa2 To notify the consultants and obtain all official confirmation from the consultants if there is a discrepancy on the drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 To resolve daily technical site issues with the construction manager and contractor. \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor site progress in relation to stage completion for billing \xe2\x80\xa2 Dedicated and able to work independently Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must be registered with LAM Inspector of Works (i.o.w) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge in site supervision, inspection, work methods, and construction work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, English \xe2\x80\xa2 This position requires at least 8 years of experience in a related field (experienced in luxury projects will be prioritized). \xe2\x80\xa2 Required skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Applicants must be willing to work in Selangor (Landed, Semi-D, and Bungalow projects).
