Clerk of Works (Building Civil and Structural)
- Proficient in reading and understanding Technical Drawings
- Supervision and Quality Control
- Responsible, honest, hardworking and able to take instruction
- Independent and can work under minimum supervision
- Self motivated
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Possess own car / transportation
- Minimum 5 years site experience
- Working area in Kota Kinabalu
- Preferably registered Inspector of Works (IOW) with BEM
- Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
