Vacancy Description This role will be responsible to supervise and coordinate Architectural works of projects assigned to meet construction time, schedule and budgets. Tasks & Responsibilities 1. To estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisition to ensure proper storage and minimise wastage. 2. To liaise with consultant and authorities on Architectural works and with C&S & M&E staff on all building works in connection with Architectural works. 3. To conduct and take lead in Architectural subcontractors meeting and prepare minutes of meeting. 4. To ensure all Architectural work are carried out as scheduled and in accordance to drawings and specifications. 5. To recommend improvement and modification in design and construction techniques where necessary. 6. To coordinate and obtain approval for all sample submission and shop drawings from consultants and propose method statements on job requirements. 7. To monitor and keep a daily record of all activities at the construction site and to assist superior in preparation of reports for record and Management\'s review. 8. To keep proper record of quality assurance form / inspection form. 9. To assist in the implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) and integrated management of financial processes that affect the operations of other departments. 10. To check drawings in terms of accuracy and discrepancy. 11. To carry out early contractor involvement (ECI) to ensure minimum mistakes in design drawings. 12. To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time. Accountabilities 1.
