Requirement \xe2\x80\xa2 Man & Woman. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess Degree in Architecture or equivalent from an accredited recognized university. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess 1 year working experience, well versed in AUTOCAD, LUMION, SKETCHUP & other drafting design software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to prepare submission and working drawings independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Independent and familiar with various Local Authority guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to communicate and handle task with various Local Authority \xe2\x80\xa2 Committed and dedicated \xe2\x80\xa2 Own transport is preferrable \xe2\x80\xa2 Willing to travel \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong mentality \xe2\x80\xa2 Can work in group and friendly Basic salary : RM1800 - RM2500 Role & Responsibilities Prepare design proposals, layout plans for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare design proposals, layout plans for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare 3D drawing from clients\xe2\x80\x99 samples and convert into technical drawings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare and create technical drawings for local authorities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Produce effective product designs by using their understanding of architecture and engineering.
