Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize concept and schematic design; Ensure design quality and authority compliance; Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposal; Prepare tender documentation, schedule and material specification; Competent in authority requirements and code compliance Liaise and discuss project-relevant issue with client and coordinate with consultant andcontractor; Oversee progress of site work and resolve any arising issue; Develop idea, keeping in mind of client need, building usage and environmental impact; Identify client need and put together feasibility report and design proposal; Make on site visit to check on project status, report on project

Key Requirements:

Graduated with a Masters in Architecture or LAM Part II qualification; Possess minimum 5 years of working experience;

Working experience in transit rail projects would be a bonus

Well-versed in both AutoCAD, SketchUP and Revit software

Proficient in local building codes and planning guidelines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
