Job Description

We are looking for an Architectural Supervisor to be based in Puchong. Main job is to carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all architectural trade implementation on site.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications. Work closely and coordinate with subcontractors, architects and consultants on project progress and ensure timely work until completion. Carry out quality/site inspection on architectural parts at site and ensure quality of work to be completed on scheduled time and from time to time. Good liaison, coordination, Instruction pass-down and problem-solving skills. Ensuring all works are carried out as per contract specifications, drawings, PQP requirements and approved method statements. Receive, Monitor and Control the Use & Supply of materials on site to avoid wastages Ensure work quality is achieved and safely regulations are complied. Well-versed in interpreting construction drawings. Maintaining ISO related documents. Ensure all necessary inspection and testing are performed and verified/passed before proceeding to the next stage of construction or installation work. Maintain site diary to record daily activities at site.
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering / Building / Architectural or any equivalent related field. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in architectural works. Able to work independently and in a team. Computer literate with Microsoft Office; Project & Power Point.
Salary: RM4,000 RM5,000 & Benefits: Performance bonus, medical, EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, etc.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
