Vacancy needed for Civil, Structural and Architecture Supervisor in Penang.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate all activities, subcontractors, and site organization to ensure smooth daily progress. Monitor and evaluate the quality of work for civil, structural, and architectural aspects, ensuring compliance with standards and client expectations. Track and control project schedules, monitor physical progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Project material deliveries, control wastage, and schedule the daily usage of plant and machinery. Ensure site safety by monitoring workers and ensuring adherence to all safety regulations. Prepare and maintain construction progress reports, communicate with internal teams and stakeholders, and document non-conformances and corrective actions. Coordinate with subcontractors to resolve client complaints and defects. Coordinate with internal project teams, clients, and regulatory bodies, mainly JKR.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in civil, structural and architectural projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site. Willingness to learn
