Job Description
Work closely with the project team, designers, clients and contractors in establishing the project schedule and milestones. Plan, delegate and organize work schedule for each team member.
Lead and manage projects, site coordination, quality control, inspection and monitoring of works on progress as scheduled in planning.
Providing daily site report and documentation on project stage and progress.
To attend and rectify defects works.
Identify / forecast site critical problems if any.
