Report duty to Sales Manager Submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports within timeline Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Ensure outlet(s) and employees follow company standard operation procedures Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards Maintain a fully stocked store Keep up to date with product information Accurately describe product features and benefits Report sales results to the management in a timely manner Participate in management meetings with other managers from other departments

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage. Minimum 3 years' experience in retail field especially selling in IT products (mobile, gadget and networking) Must possess own transport Basic knowledge of Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) Able to do paperwork
