Job Description

Responsible for managing and monitoring the performance of multiple outlets within a designated area. Ensures that each outlet adheres to operating standards, achieves sales targets, and maintains service quality and staff management.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Operations Management

Supervise daily operations of all outlets within the designated area.

Ensure all outlets comply with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Monitor customer service standards, food/beverage quality, cleanliness, and premise maintenance.

2. Sales & Performance Target Management

Ensure each outlet meets or exceeds the sales targets set.

Analyze sales, cost, and profit reports to recommend strategies for performance improvement.

Identify new market opportunities within the managed area.

3. Human Resource Management

Monitor the performance of outlet managers and staff.

Provide training, guidance, and motivation to outlet managers in operational management, leadership, and staff development.

Manage staffing issues, recruitment of new employees, and disciplinary actions when necessary.

4. Cost Control & Inventory Management

Ensure effective control of food, labor, and other operational expenses.

Review inventory management, reduce wastage and stock loss.

5. Safety Standards & Legal Compliance Monitoring

Ensure all outlets comply with health regulations, food safety standards, and relevant business operation laws.

Conduct regular inspections of all outlets to ensure compliance with standards.

6. Reporting & Communication

Prepare regular performance reports for upper management.

Attend management meetings to discuss area operational performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, F&B, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing restaurant/hospitality/retail outlets with multi-branch management experience.

Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Strong knowledge of sales management, operational cost control, inventory management, and human resources.

Able to work under pressure and willing to travel to assigned outlets.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
