Job Description

Assist the Area Manager in providing strategic direction and operational oversight for multiple outlets Monitor daily operations, sales, and financial performance of assigned outlets Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional customer service Provide hands-on support to outlet managers and teams as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the region Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies Contribute to the overall growth and expansion plans of the business Support and oversee multiple outlets to achieve sales & profit targets Coordinate new outlet openings, renovations & team training Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance and service quality

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
