Job Description

Operational Management



Oversee daily operations of all assigned restaurant outlets to ensure smooth and efficient performance. Ensure all outlets follow company SOPs, quality standards, food safety, and hygiene guidelines. Conduct regular visits and audits to monitor cleanliness, service quality, staff discipline, and overall performance.

Sales & Profitability



Monitor sales revenue, cost control, waste management, and profitability of each outlet. Analyze performance reports and implement action plans to improve sales and reduce operational costs. Support and execute marketing promotions, upselling activities, and local store marketing efforts.

People Management



Lead, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers and staff to maintain high service standards. Identify manpower needs and work with HR on recruitment, training, and staff development. Manage staff scheduling and ensure outlets have sufficient workforce coverage. Handle disciplinary issues, performance reviews, and staff motivation programs.

Customer Experience



Ensure all outlets deliver excellent customer service and hospitality. Handle escalated customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.

Operational Improvements



Identify operational weaknesses and recommend solutions for continuous improvement. Support new restaurant openings, renovations, equipment installation, and layout planning. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, licenses, and statutory requirements.

Job Requirements



Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or multi-outlet management role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, cost control, and customer service. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Able to analyze sales and operational data to drive performance improvements. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple outlets simultaneously. Willing to travel frequently to assigned outlets. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required. Possess a valid driving license and own transport (if needed). High level of integrity, responsibility, and commitment to achieving company objectives.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
