Area Manager
1. Operations Management
oResponsible for the overall operations of assigned outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOP.
oConduct regular store visits to check environment, service, and product quality.
oMonitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
oAssist outlet managers in resolving operational issues.
2. Sales & Performance
oAssists outlet manager to achieve company sales targets.
oPromote sales growth through promotions, product mix, and membership programs.
oAnalyze sales reports, identify performance gaps, and implement improvement plans.
3. People Management
oGuide and train outlet managers to enhance leadership and management skills.
oAssist in recruitment, scheduling, and staff allocation to ensure sufficient manpower.
oMonitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, or disciplinary actions when necessary.
oBuild team morale and reduce staff turnover.
4. Cost & Loss Control
oManage outlet labor costs and operating expenses.
oMonitor inventory and waste levels to ensure efficiency.
oReview ordering and return processes to minimize loss.
5. Quality & Service Supervision
oEnsure product quality, hygiene standards, and customer service meet company expectations.
oConduct mystery shopper checks and collect customer feedback for improvement.
oAssist in handling customer complaints and improving customer satisfaction.
6. Reporting & Communication
oSubmit regular inspection reports and improvement suggestions to the Operations Manager.
oCommunicate company policies, operational standards, and promotional activities to outlets.
oCoordinate communication between outlets to ensure accurate information flow.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
