We are looking for a

highly responsible Area Manager

to oversee and improve daily operations across multiple F&B stores. The ideal candidate must be proactive, organized, and willing to travel frequently to ensure every outlet meets HQ standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily store operations and conduct regular visits to ensure compliance with HQ standards (food preparation, hygiene, service quality, etc.) Identify operational issues, propose corrective actions, and follow up on implementation Communicate HQ updates, new policies, and promotional activities to store teams Train and guide franchisees and staff to follow SOPs, service standards, and quality control measures Analyze store sales performance and provide improvement suggestions Support stores in achieving sales targets and managing costs, inventory, and wastage Build and maintain good relationships with franchisees; assist in resolving operational challenges Ensure brand consistency and prevent unauthorized product or price changes Handle after-sales issues promptly and coordinate corrective measures

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in

F&B operations, multi-store, or franchise management

Mandarin speaker

(to communicate with franchisees and HQ) Possess own transport and

willing to travel frequently

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
