At least 5 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in Food and Beverage or Hospitality industry.
Strong command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.

Tanggungjawab

To plan and manage multiple outlet operations (Day to day operation) in the Company.
Monitor and manage the outlets labour cost, cost of goods sold (COGS) and ordering (multiple outlet)
Manage and coordinate the local store marketing (day to day operations)
Handling customer complaints (Online and offline)
To monitor and coordinate payroll management for outlet staff.
Monitor and manage the outlet Daily sales bank in regularly.
To plan, train and manage outlet cash handling.
To manage outlet operations to achieve the sales target given by the company.
Ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.
To actively participate in operations support. (Outlet operations based)
Coordinate and facilitate outlet\'s business progress.
Handling outlet monthly P&L (Profit and Loss)
Prepare regular reports/chart for management review on outlet performance progress.
