Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and improvement driven Area Manager to oversee the operations of multiple Branch locations within a specific region. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with a keen problem-solving approach using First Principles, challenging generally inherited assumptions to drive home results.

Oversee daily operations of multiple Branch locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase sales, customer satisfaction and operational excellence on a consistent basis. Lead, mentor, develop and evaluate Branch Managers and their teams to achieve performance goals. Analyze relevant internal data to derive insights - growth and improvement, loss minimization. Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to align regional goals with company objectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or other quantitative fields. Great ability at Prompt Engineering of Large Language Models - ChatGPT, Claude is a bonus Highly analytically minded to analyze data, draw inference to make informed decisions. Strong leadership and Team Management skills. Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
