Role Description

• Execute and adapt the business expansion strategy in Johor in alignment with the company\xe2\x80\x99s vision and objectives.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of residential sales consultants, project engineers, and an administrative executive, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
• Oversee sales efforts to meet or exceed the established monthly target.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including project delivery, technical support, and customer experience. Oversee all administrative tasks, including authority applications and paperwork.
• Manage the branch\'s budget, ensure financial efficiency, and meet profitability targets.
• Ensure all operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies, identify and manage risks associated with the business.
• Maintain clear communication lines with headquarters through regular updates and reports regarding sales, financial performance, market insights, and potential business risks or opportunities.
• Continually analyse local market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize business performance.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction and promoting customer loyalty.
• Develop contingency plans and manage unforeseen situations to ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field.

• Proven experience in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team coordination, coaching, and development.

• Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry trends.

• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage crisis effectively.

• Familiarity with the local market and regulatory environment is a plus.
